Open Communication
The Road, Inc., believes that effective working relationships are developed and maintained through respect, trust and open communication.
Our Open Communication Policy is not intended to replace the normal channel of communication with your leaders. You will find your leaders ready and willing to discuss any matter that may be a source of concern to you. It is anticipated most difficulties will be satisfactorily resolved in this way.
While you are encouraged to address problems related to or experienced in your employment directly with your supervisor, you may also report them directly to the Human Resources Department, or any higher level of management. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable discussing the issue with your supervisor, or if your supervisor has not previously responded adequately to your concern, you may then report your concern directly to the Human Resources Department or any higher level of management.
